The British singer is reportedly choosing to rest her voice completely ahead her tour finale at Wembley stadium.
Adele is performing four nights at the North West London venue, on June 28, 29, July 1 and 2, and the Daily Star claim that doctors have recommended she protects her vocal chords at all costs.
“Adele is planning a vow silence to make sure her voice is in tip-top shape for Wembley.,” a source told the paper.
“She wants to give fans the greatest performances ever for her end to the tour, especially being in front her home crowd.”
Apparently, Adele has also been drinking garlic juice everyday to keep her voice healthy too.
“During her tour she was on a strident vocal lockdown regime for almost a year,” the insider added. “Specialists didn’t want her wearing out her voice in between gigs so she was restricted to only key conversations with husband Simon and son Angelo.
“Her friends always felt she was a little chatterbox, so she has been back to her old ways recently, but for the finale she is adamant that it should be her masterpiece.”
It was recently revealed that Adele is on the Times Young Rich List.
The Londoner is eighth in the Sunday Times Young Rich List, as she is estimated to be worth a whopping £125 million.
