After facing persistent accusations that her health struggles were fabricated for financial gain, the rapper and social media personality utilized her Instagram Stories to directly address her detractors and provide evidence of her medical reality.

In a pointed response to those questioning her condition, she challenged the logic behind the rumors. “If I’m lying about having cancer for money, explain to me why I’m being prescribed this medication and paying 5K a month for it?” she wrote. To substantiate her claims, she shared a photograph of a monthly prescription invoice totaling $5,203.91 for Scemblix (asciminib), a specialized medication used in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML).

Transparency in Treatment

The rapper did not stop at financial proof; she provided further documentation detailing the specific function of her medication. She highlighted that the drug is essential for inhibiting cancer cell growth, noting the gravity of the treatment regimen. “Oh wow, it’s used for cancer I been saying I had, y’all said I was lying about,” she stated. “And please believe no doctor is prescribing this medication to someone for no reason. It literally gets delivered in a biohazard bag. Do you know what this medication would do to someone that doesn’t actually have cancer?”

Refuting Claims of Monetization

Addressing the underlying accusations that she was attempting to profit from her illness, Bhad Bhabie dismissed the notion as absurd. “How exactly do you monetize off having too many white blood cells?” she asked, emphasizing the physical and emotional toll of her diagnosis.
