In the wake of the Surviving R. Kelly documentary, Lady Gaga has issued an announcement apologizing for her collaboration “Do What U Want” with the R&B singer.

She shared a heartfelt message for the victims: “I stand behind these girls 1000%, consider them, know they're struggling and in ache, and really feel strongly that their voices needs to be heard and brought critically,” she wrote on Twitter.
