Daugaard shares “Against the Grain” and “Honey Drip “(ft. Riggz the Lord)

Rapper/producer Daugaard gets into the Halloween mood as he drops two songs from his new mixtape titled Spooky Season.

The first cut we have here is titled “Against the Grain” which is a mid-tempo trap jam ripe with moody textures and a bouncy drum groove to match. Daugaard delivers a laidback performance with a calm demeanor and the lyrics are quite vivid as well. He also switches the vibe on the second verse with a reversed version of the beat.

The second cut “Honey Drip” is a collaboration between Daugaard and his longtime collaborator Riggz the Lord. The dark theme of the project is maintained with the dark moody production and punchy boom-bap drums while the rappers go back and forth with the graphic bravado-laden verses.
