Mighty Igloo Crew – Final Cut: Cleveland’s Hip Hop Finale

Cleveland’s Finest Take Their Final Bow: Mighty Igloo Crew Drops “Final Cut”

Cleveland has long been a bedrock of raw talent and authentic storytelling, but today marks the end of a legendary era. The Mighty Igloo Crew has officially put the finishing touches on their hip-hop journey. With their third and final LP, Black From Hell, now fully completed, the crew has unleashed the album’s closing statement: “Final Cut.” This release serves as a groundbreaking finale to a project years in the making.

A Double Visual Experience: Documentary vs. Animation

The Mighty Igloo Crew is ensuring their final message resonates through a two-pronged visual approach. “Final Cut” arrives with two distinct music videos:

  • The Documental Video: A raw, behind-the-scenes look at the journey, the grind, and the brotherhood that defined the crew.
  • The Animated Video: A high-energy, creative production that is already gaining traction on social media for its unique style and storytelling.

Both visuals serve as a testament to the crew’s versatility and their refusal to exit the scene quietly.

The Return of a Cleveland Legend: Mark Morant

The project features the return of Mark Morant, known to the hip-hop world as Mo Dog Chill. In 2001, Morant became a national headline after discovering $640,000 that fell from an armored truck in downtown Cleveland. Fast forward to 2026, and Morant is thriving, teaming up with his Cleveland peers to lead this production and prove that his legacy is defined by his music and message rather than the events of the past.

The Mighty Igloo Crew Roll Call

The Black From Hell legacy is the result of a powerhouse lineup, with each member contributing a distinct flavor to the project:

  • Boss AYD (Angela Y Davis)
  • Myke Smoov (Mike J Harris)
  • Sheriff Kill Roy (Alfred Porter Jr)
  • Joseph Motley Jr (Joe Mot)
  • Indoe Dubb (Carl Powers III)
  • Suave Goddi (John Davis)
  • Mo Dog Chill (Mark A Morant)

Production Credits & Special Thanks

Closing out a trilogy of this magnitude required a dedicated team of creative partners. The crew extends their gratitude to the engines behind this final chapter:

Mike Harris Films, GMS, Black House Sound, Movie Racketeers, Vibe Studio, and Lava Room Studio.

Most importantly, the crew acknowledges their fans, whose support has served as the fuel for the Igloo Crew Records movement since the release of their first LP.
