The Game Says 50 Cent Is Cappin' About The Origin of Their Beef

50 Cent and The Game have hurled angry bars at each other in roughly 100 songs.

The beef is said to have started when the date of 50 Cent's album The Massacre was allegedly pushed back to accommodate his still-new G-Unit brother Game's debut album The Documentary and things spiraled violently from there.

However, Fif is fond of saying he doesn't remember how it started.

In an interview with Everyday Struggle, Game said 50 is lying about not being able to recall the beef's origin while discussing finally speaking to 50 after 11 years of no communication. Jump to 12 minutes.

"Everybody wants to know with this n*gga 50's whispering into a n*ggas ear. The nigga 50 said to me. 'Game, I don't even know what happened. And I was like, big cap. But at the end of the day, me and 50 was big at a time we needed to be. We serviced Hip Hop as a whole ... [G-Unit] was getting a million a show, 50 was taking half and we would still split 500K between me, Buck, Banks and Yayo ... I'm still spending G-Unit money."

Game would know cap when he hears it

At the 26-minute mark in the above video, Game claims The Documentary sold 15 million. The best we can tell, it's sold five million worldwide. Great numbers sure, but nothing like 15 million. (Which calls into question how much G-Unit was really getting a show back in the day.)
