On Wednesday, a Swedish court ruled that A$AP Rocky and two other members of his crew were guilty of assault in the street brawl that occurred on June 30.

However, Rocky was not ordered to serve any additional jail time. Instead he was ordered to pay a fine in the amount of SEK 12,500, which is about $1,300 USD.

“Based on statements from two witnesses, the court finds that the defendants were not subject to a current or imminent criminal attack,” the ruling said. “Therefore, they were not in a situation where they were entitled to use violence in self-defense. Nor could they have perceived themselves to be in such a situation.”

The rapper was not in court to hear the verdict, nor was he required to be. Rocky was been released from jail earlier this month at the conclusion of the trial on August 2 and left the country shortly afterward.

On Sunday, he performed in his first show at since the incident at Kanye West’s Sunday service, and told the crowd, “I don’t got anything against Swedish people.”
