Actor and musician Idris Elba just signed an exclusive publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG). Along with this deal comes the opportunity for Idris to sub-publish the artists under his label!

Idris is an accomplished actor and is know for his roles in films such as “The Wire”, “Luther” and “Beasts of No Nation.” He’s also a professional DJ and is set to appear next month at the Glastonbury to bring vibes to the crowd.

In the music industry, his latest work includes cowriting, rapping and singing the track “Boasty,” with Wiley, Stefflon Don and Sean Paul. The single reached 22 million YouTube views and the top of the U.K. Indie Charts.
