Earlier this week, Pusha T took his stance on the prison system. The Virginia native announced ‘Third Strike Coming Home’ campaign while on twitter. The DAYTONA rapper joined forces with lawyers MiAngel Cody and Brittany K. Barnett. In the past, both Cody and Barnett have worked relentlessly to help free over 40 people who were sentenced to life in prison under drug laws.

Posted alongside his new track ‘Coming Home’ featuring Lauryn Hill, he continued “We are doing everything in our power to bring home men and women trapped behind the wall due to an outdated 3 strikes drug law.” View Pusha T’s campaign here, to support and learn about the campaign. Kicking things off, Pusha launched the campaign with a $25,000 donation. Moving forward, Pusha is hopeful that others will chime in and donate towards the good cause.
