Chris Brown Fans Go Nuts For His Verse On Nicki Minaj’s “FTCU” Remix With Travis Scott & Sexyy Red

Nicki Minaj has given “FTCU” the remix treatment with the help of Chris Brown, Travis Scott and Sexyy Red.

Minaj has been teasing the remix of her viral Pink Friday 2 cut since January and later revealed that the “Skee Yee” hitmaker would join her on the track alongside a “superstar or two.”

On Thursday (April 18), Nicki Minaj announced features from Travis Scott and Chris Brown before dropping the track at midnight on Friday (April 19).

The “FTCU” remix clocks in at almost four minutes and features a fresh verse from Minaj. However, Breezy’s verse whipped fans into a frenzy as the singer reminded everybody that he’s got bars, too.

While Brown has flexed his rapping chops many times over the years, newer supporters have only just cottoned on.

“Not y’all just finding out tonight that Chris Brown is a part time rapper because if he was full time a lot of ppl would be in the unemployment line,” one fan wrote.

“Chris Brown REALLY could and SHOULD do a rap album if he really wanted to. He been had bars,” another added, while a third said, “Was NOT expecting Chris Brown to have the best verse.”

Listen to “FTCU (SLEEZEMIX)” below and check out some other reactions at the end of the page.

Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown have collaborated on multiple songs over the years, beginning with “Right By My Side” back in 2012, while Sexyy Red joined forces with the NYC icon for “Pound Town 2” in 2023.

Meanwhile, Scott and Minaj both hopped on the remix to Farruko and Bad Bunny’s “Krippy Kush” in 2017.

Quavo Doesn’t Waste Any Time Responding To Chris Brown On “Tender”

If you love drama with celebrities than this is the time to be a fan of the rap genre. 2024 has begun a civil war with everyone going at everyone’s necks. Some of them are reignited beefs, but they feel amplified due to the sheer number of them. Of course, the hatred for Drake has dominated the first four months, but we also have Nicki Minaj versus Megan Thee Stallion, as well as GloRilla and JT. We can also add Chris Brown and Quavo to that long list, as their differences were sparked by Breezy yesterday. Quavo was quick with it, responding earlier this morning with “Tender.”

The possible starting point for these two trading shots happened awhile back when the former Migos member began dating Karrueche Tran after she was paired up with Brown. That was the angle that the R&B singer took on “Freak” when he said, “F***ing my old b****es ain’t gon’ make us equal.” However, hedid not stop there, “Sipping that 1942 cause I don’t do no Cuervo (Quavo) / Freak b****, she like Casamigos, not the Migos.”

Listen To “Tender” By Quavo

Quavo is now back just about 24 hours later with a pretty solid and ruthless response. It comes on the chorus when he references the infamous moment with Rihanna that continues to loom over Chris Brown’s career and image. “Call the b**** phone, she won’t come home, don’t beat her up (Don’t beat her up).” In terms of the song itself, we feel it was executed better than “Freak.” Quavo’s flows feel like a throwback to the late 2010’s and the wavy beat is a nice touch. It seems that this song will serve as a diss response and not as a single. Furthermore, with it being released on YouTube exclusively that further fuels our speculation.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new song “Tender” by Quavo? Was this a good response to Chris Brown’s initial diss on the 11:11 deluxe version, why or why not? How do you see this playing out and why? Outside of the content, are you enjoying the song? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. Quotable Lyrics:

You did the b**** wrong and now the b**** gone, she posted with a thug (Yeah, with a thug)

It must be the drugs (It must be the drugs), need to cross out your plug, yeah-yeah

Quavo Seemingly Responds To Chris Brown On Surprise Song “Tender”

Quavo has seemingly returned fire at Chris on Brown on his new single “Tender” following Breezy’s apparent shot at the Migos rapper on his new song “Freak.”

Quavo dropped at midnight Friday (April 12), 24 hours after Brown surprised fans with the deluxe edition of his 11:11 album.  The songs hint at their long standing issues dating back to 2017 when Quavo reportedly dated Brown‘s ex, Karrueche Tran.

On “Tender” Quavo appears to address their respective history with Tran and Brown’s history of domestic violence.

“You did a b#### wrong and now the b#### gone, she posted with a thug,” Quavo raps on the chorus. “Call the b#### phone, she won’t come home, don’t beat her up / It must be the drugs / Need to cross out your plug.”

The lyrics seemed like a direct response to Brown’s subliminal shot on “Freak.”

“Okay, now f###### my old b###### ain’t gon’ make us equal/Sipping that 1942 ‘cause I don’t do no Cuervo [Quavo]/Freak b####, she like Casamigos, not the Migos,” Brown rapped. He also appears to call out Brown on the second verse. Listen to it below and check out Brown’s track at the end of the page.

Quavo & Chris Brown’s Tension Resurfaced in 2022

Chris Brown and Quavo allegedly came to blows over Tran at the 2017 BET Awards. Quavo and Tran dating rumors resurfaced in 2022 but she insisted there was no relationship.

“We’re friends,” she said in 2022. “I’m single. I’m having fun and enjoying life. Nothing is too serious… We have fun, we’re friends.”

However earlier this year, the tension bubbled back up when Brown and Quavo awkwardly sat next to each other at Paris Fashion Week

“Can’t pick who u sit by,” Brown wrote on social media after the show. “F### all that growth s###. N#### not finna fumble my bag for little n#####.”

Did Quavo Respond to Chris Brown’s Diss on New Song ‘Tender’?

Quavo drops the new song “Tender,” which appears to find him returning fire at Chris Brown for dissing the Atlanta rapper on CB’s 11:11 deluxe album.

Quavo Drops “Tender”

On Thursday night (April 11), Quavo’s “Tender” single hit the internet. On the new song, which can be heard below, the former Migos member seems to have some bars that may address CB’s new diss.

“You did the b***h wrong and now the b***h gone, she posted with a thug,” Quavo raps on the chorus. “Call the b***h phone, she won’t come home, don’t beat her up/It must be the drugs/Need to cross out your plug, yeah-yeah.”

Quavo seems to subliminally address the root of his issue with Breezy, which is Quavo reportedly dating Chris’ ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran. Qua also appears to reference Chris’ past of violence toward women and rumored drug use.

Fans React to “Tender”

Fans have been weighing in on the song on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Quavo replied to Breezy in less than a business day lol,” one person posted.

“Quavo might be more hip hop than J Cole,” another tweet reads.

“Quavo and Chris Brown didn’t hop on no IG Live, didn’t subtweet or go back and forth on social media. Them boys got straight in the studio. You got to respect it,” someone else typed.

Chris Brown Disses Quavo on “Freak”

Quavo’s new song comes less than 24 hours after Chris Brown dropped the 11:11 deluxe album, which features the song “Freak” with Lil Wayne, Joyner Lucas and Tee Grizzley. On the song, Breezy takes shots at Quavo.

“OK, now f**kin’ my old b***es ain’t gone make us equal/Sippin’ that 1942 ’cause I don’t do no Quavo,” Chris rhymes. “Freak b***h, she like Casamigos not the Migos.”

Chris Brown Disses Quavo On Track Featuring Lil Wayne, Joyner Lucas & Tee Grizzley

Chris Brown threw a lyrical jab at Quavo on a new song titled “Freak,” which dropped on Thursday (April 11). The track appeared on the deluxe edition of Brown’s 11:11 album.

“Okay, now f###### my old b###### ain’t gon’ make us equal/Sipping that 1942 ‘cause I don’t do no Cuervo [Quavo]/Freak b####, she like Casamigos, not the Migos,” Brown rapped.

Brown enlisted Lil Wayne, Joyner Lucas and Tee Grizzley as guests on the track. The song added a new layer to the longstanding issues between Brown and Quavo stemming from their respective history with Karrueche Tran.

Earlier this year, Brown and Quavo awkwardly sat next to each other at Paris Fashion Week. Brown made it clear he didn’t sit by Quavo willingly.

“Can’t pick who u sit by,” he wrote on social media. “F### all that growth s###. N#### not finna fumble my bag for little n#####.”

Brown and Karrueche began dating in 2011. Their tumultuous on-again, off-again relationship lasted a few years. Karrueche obtained a five-year restraining order against Brown in 2017. She accused him of abuse and harassment, saying he threatened to kill her. The alleged incidents occurred while he was on probation for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

Quavo was romantically linked to Karrueche in 2017. Their relationship allegedly led to a heated confrontation involving Brown and Quavo at the 2017 BET Awards. Quavo and Karrueche dating rumors resurfaced in 2022. She downplayed their relationship.

“We’re friends,” she said in 2022. “I’m single. I’m having fun and enjoying life. Nothing is too serious… We have fun, we’re friends.”

Brown released his 11:11 album in November 2023. The original version featured 22 songs. He added 13 tracks to the project for the deluxe edition. The new songs included collaborations with Bryson Tiller and Mario.

50 Cent Replaces Chris Brown On Dreamville Fest Lineup – Fans Are Outraged

Dreamville Fest organizers upset fans by announcing a major lineup change on Monday (April 1). The festival replaced Chris Brown, one of its headliners, with 50 Cent less than a week before the event.

50 Cent was not the only replacement. Festival organizers recruited Hunxho to step in for Muni Long.

“We are excited to share that 50 Cent and Hunxho have been added to the lineup!” Dreamville Fest wrote on social media. “See you this weekend! Due to unforeseen circumstances, Chris Brown and Muni Long are no longer performing at Dreamville Fest.”

The reshuffled lineup did not sit well with fans. Dreamville’s Instagram comments and X (formerly known as Twitter) replies became filled with complaints.

Some fans claimed it was the worst lineup in Dreamville Fest’s short history. Others wondered if the announcement was just an April Fools’ joke, but a festival spokesperson said it was “definitely real.”

The 2024 Dreamville Fest will be held at Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, North Carolina on April 6-7. J. Cole, Nicki Minaj, SZA and the newly booked 50 Cent will headline the festival.

This year’s list of performers includes ScHoolboy Q, Sexyy Red, Jeezy, Lil Yachty, Monica, Teezo Touchdown, TiaCorine and Rae Sremmurd. The event will feature every member of the Dreamville roster except Ari Lennox.

Fans questioned why Lennox was missing from this year’s Dreamville lineup when it was revealed in March. Lennox and festival organizers did not comment on her absence. The singer has not performed since her difficult experience as the opening act on Rod Wave’s tour. An audience member threw a water bottle at her at one of the shows.

Tickets are still available for the 2024 Dreamville Fest. Two-day general admission costs $349.99.

Chris Brown Says Dating Him Is Like Being With a Porn Star

Chris Brown says dating him is similar to dating a mental patient and porn star.

Chris Brown Explains What It’s Like to Date Him

On Friday (March 22), Chris Brown hopped on his Instagram Story and explained that dating him was like dating three different kinds of people. He clarified it was a fun time.

Dating me is fun,” Breezy said. “You get a comedian, mental patient and pornstar all in one.”

Chris Brown was last known to be dating model Ammika Harris, though rumors were afloat in February that he was romantically entangled with R&B singer Tyla. However, the South African singer confirmed with Hollywood Unlocked in February that she is “very single.”

“Anyone I’m seen with, I’m dating that person” Tyla explained while speaking to Jason Lee on the Grammys red carpet. “I don’t know why, but I’m very single.”

Fans Clown Chris Brown for Creeping on Karrueche Tran’s OnlyFans

Breezy’s update comes after his fans noticed he was creeping on his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, who announced earlier in March she had joined OnlyFans. An eagle-eyed supporter noticed that CB had liked a picture of Tran wearing a seductive sheer dress.

Chris and Tran dated on-and-off from 2011 to 2015, but finally split after she accused the R&B singer of abuse and threats. Breezy’s ex ended up serving him a restraining order in 2017 after she claimed he pushed her down a flight of stairs, punched her in the stomach, threatened to shoot her and made other death threats. He allegedly had been dodging the restraining order for months.

Chris Brown Implores Fans To Recognize His Greatness In New Rant: “Don’t Wait Till I’m Gone To Realize That!”

Chris Brown is not one to hold back how he feels and he has certainly proved that over the past couple of days. About two days ago, the longtime, controversial, R&B superstar sent out a flurry of comments directed toward the mainstream media and “fake celebrities.” This latest fiery Chris Brown rant went down on his Instagram story and many were speculating who he was taking aim at directly. “I DONT WANT TO BE ACCEPTED FROM NONE OF THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA AND FAKE CELEBRITIES. I AM KING IN MY OWN LANE,” Brown said.

“YOUR FAVE AINT GOT S*** ON ME AND THEY KNOW IT. AINT FINNA TAP DANCE FOR APPROVAL. YOU WILL BEG FORGIVENESS OF ME THAT I DO KNOW.” Some were thinking this has a lot to do with the NBA and the complications with All-Star Weekend. Quavo‘s name was also brought up after their awkward encounter at Paris Fashion Week. After going scorched earth, you might think Chris Brown is done with the rants, but he is far from it.

Does This Rant Hurt Or Help Chris Brown?

DJ Akademiks recently shared another screenshot from Breezy’s IG. This message is much shorter, but definitely really tries to hammer home his previous point. “There will never be another CHRIS BROWN! Don’t wait till I’m gone to realize that!” Some fans shared his opinion, but others, not so much. “Bro hasnt snapped since look at me now and hasnt went on a run like his kiss kiss wall to wall run ever bro needs to put down the nose sugar,” one fan writes back.
