Cam’ron Shares New Ma$e Freestyle: “Price Just Went Up”
Cam’ron had fans buzzing after sharing a new Ma$e freestyle for Labor Day.
On Monday morning (September 2), the Dipset rapper took to Instagram with an exciting post. Cam shared a new Ma$e freestyle ahead of the Season Five premiere of their It Is What It Is podcast.
According to Cam’ron, Ma$e is back rapping like he never left. “Nahhhhh!!! MURDER HOME!!!” he wrote in the caption. “Now the price just went up,” he added before wishing everybody a “Happy f###### Labor Day.”
The comment section was littered with fire emojis and praise from his fanbase.
“Yeeeeaaahh!!! Dat 97 Murda is back!!! we missed this!!,” one person shared. “Harlem We Backkkkkkk,” added another. “That’s the Murda I know! I miss that n####. Bring that n#### back outside!,” said a third user.
Joe Budden and Gillie Da Kid also dropped off praise, posting several fire emojis in the comments.
Earlier this year, Cam’ron and Ma$e recorded an album’s worth of material. However, he was waiting for MaSe to green-light the project.
“Me and Ma$e got an album. He said we can’t put it out!,” Cam’ron said during an Instagram Live in April. “We did six-seven songs. We do the songs and then he say, ‘No.’”
He also revealed they both recorded solo tracks and at least half a dozen joint songs.
“Ma$e got mad songs. Them s#### is hot too. All Ma$e songs is hot,” he continued. “I ain’t gonna front, he got some real, real, real good songs.”
