Elaquent releases new single “Fairy Tales” (feat. Mileena)

Guelph, Ontario beat maestro Elaquent shares new single “Fairy Tales” which sees him teaming up with vocalist Mileena. The soundscape is built on a somber and soothing piano sample layered with moody and atmospheric textures that blend perfectly with Mileena’s sultry melodic performance. She does deliver the goods with her laidback style and heartfelt lyrics that dwell on the dynamics of true love between two individuals.

“Fairy Tales” is the lead single from Elaquent’s forthcoming self-produced sixteen-track LP, Long Drives to Nowhere, which will be released on June 17, 2022 via URBNET. The title of the project was inspired by a Twitter post that struck a chord in Elaquent’s heart. He adds that most of the recording process was done in his home studio with the finishing touches put in place in Niagara Falls.
