Jim Jones Says Ye Wanted to Fight Him

On Thursday (May 1), Capo was a guests on Angela Yee‘s Way Up With Angela Yee show with cohost Maino. During the spirited sit-down, Jomo discussed his recent fallout with Ye, which happened as a result of Jones allegedly getting paid $2 million to introduce Yeezy to a crypto magnate without Ye’s knowledge.

“Boy got a little screws loose, obviously, from the things he been talking about,” Jim says around the 26:20 timestamp of the interview below. “I do see he needs attention. The most attention in the world. If he’s not the person that’s talked about, he talks about everybody else so people can talk about him.”

Jones went on the expound on their fallout. “Bro, you talking about this $2 million, if I was one of these ni**as that love the media, I would put the text out quietly and show everything that you lied about,” Jones adds. “Let’s not do this. We only talk through text.”

“We had a back and forth,” Jones continues. “He said he wanted to shoot the fair one with me. I said, ‘Cool.’ I said, ‘I’m flying out to L.A. tomorrow. We can shoot the 31.’ That’s terms where I’m from. We fight for 31 seconds. I kick your a*s for 31 seconds, I hug you and then I fly home. I got it on text, he said, ‘No, I was just venting. We don’t have to do that.'”

Ye and Jim Jones Drama

Back in January, Jim Jones spent five days in Japan with Ye while the controversial Chicago rapper was working on his Bully album. However, in March, Ye tweeted “F**k Jim Jones.” Ye later expounded on his comments. He revealed that Jones got $2 million for playing middleman between Ye and a crypto coin specialist dubbed Mr. Pink.

“Ye sniffing Ye lol. But keep my name alive champ. We love KanYE,” Jones’ responded to Ye’s comment. “He’s lucky I don’t have time to talk ’bout lies right now only [the] truth lol lol lol.”
