50-50 is about sharing your pain with others or motivating other to share their pain. I talk about how keeping all of your pain inside yourself can lead to devastating situations such as self harm, depression or worst of all suicide. It’s terrifyingly normal that people are scared of handling mental illness. And nobody bats an eye until it’s too. “No one interferes until the bodies on the floor”
