D. Edge & Flowzus have teamed up for a 6 track body of work titled 2Timeless. The project is short but packs a punch with its vibrant production and energetic rap performances which showcases wild wordplay and the rapper’s tandem styles and cadences.
The project opens up with the title track that shows a full display of skill over a moody and bouncy backdrop. The follow-up track “Tinnitus” has a carefree vibe with its booming backdrop ad nonchalant flow and hilarious lyrics about their daily activities about getting their cars towed, learning kung fu, and just running amok. “All About Pt II” has a lush reflective production and sees the duo on the grind with evocative lyrics and offbeat style. “Reflections” is a mellow, somber cut that sees the duo pontificating on this thing called life.
The project is short but gives a brief glimpse into the duo’s life and a little more. They are playful, somewhat insightful and quite adept with the pen so there is enough for everyone.
