Juice Lord teams up with Foxybrownskin Kay for “Gone From It”

Rising Minnesota rap artist Juice Lord teams up with Foxybrownskin Kay for this heartfelt cut titled “Gone From It.” The soulful track details the true meaning of love, family, and loyalty in the true sense especially in this world where nothing is guaranteed. Juice Lord opens it up with a passionate performance and reflects on the support he has received from his family, friends, and then some. He is followed by a fellow emcee Foxybrownskin Kay who pours her soul on wax with evocative lyrics on her own personal struggles.

 

Juice Lord comes from the inner-city streets of Saint Paul Minnesota which is also known as the Rondo neighborhood. He is a trained poet and has participated in a. number of poetry slam competitions. His first music video “Growth” was released in 2016 and he released his debut full-length project Lord SZN in 2018.
