Lord Willin and John Solinas drop their sophomore single “State To State” which sees the duo teaming with rapper Pounds448. The result is a dark and moody record ripe with graphic rap imagery from the emcees who hole nothing back over the dusty and somewhat cinematic soundscape laid before them.
