Thomas Tempest is the independent solo project from one half of the former musical duo SoulCircuit who is in a new musical phase and their new release “Desire” sees them teaming up with rising lyricist Press1 (Don’t Flop battle rap champion & Shotgun The Aux battle rap champion). The result is a blend of soul, jazz merged with hip-hop sensibilities from boom-bap drums, excellent scratching, and more.
