Lowkey Lu reminisces on the good days in his new single “Gold Chains”

Emerging Irish rapper Lowkey Lu‘s new release “Gold Chains” is a mellow reflective tune that sees him eschewing material things for a simple life. The self-produced track has a solemn and nostalgic texture and punchy drums that blend perfectly with Lu’s heartfelt songwriting and impassioned flow. His lyrics are descriptive and paint a picture of a man trying to find his path while chasing his goals and hoping not to get distracted in the same vein.

Lowkey Lu made his debut with the album Something From Nothing and proceeded to work with Slovakian producer Numberik for a collaborative project entitled Manor Street in 2019.
