Melbourne indie emcee Uncle Nameless connects with the legendary Killah Priest on his new single “Sovereign.” A moody and mellow track that is ripe with dark aesthetic and vivid lyrics that center around bravado and spiritual elements.
Both emcees deliver unique performances with Killah Priest setting the tone with his unique gruff vocals followed by Uncle Nameless’s spirited cadence.
The collaboration came about when Uncle Nameless’s father appeared on Killah Priest’s podcast (The Killah Priest Podcast) and the wu-tang affiliate agreed to work with the rapper. Besides kicking bars, Unlce Nameless is also a producer who fuses differnet sub-genres of the art.
