Emerging rapper A-Y is a NY-based Ghanain artist whose new single “Dear Paper” caught our attention. Bolstered by a moody and somber backdrop, he dives into the power of money or the lack thereof from different perspectives.

From how more money can corrupt or the lack of could motivate youths to do the wrong things, A-Y gives different sides to the same coin. A-Y is also the co-founder of Alkebulan Records LLC, a business and family of West African youth united by their Pan Africanist ambitions.
