Uncommon People share visuals for “Vampire” [Video]

Austin, TX-based Uncommon People is a 5-piece band consisting of friends Tony, Devin, Zeke, Dan, & Diego.  Blending elements of Pop, Rock, and everything in between, the collective delivers something different and refreshing while showcasing its versatility and range of musical styles. They came onto the scene in 2020 with their debut single “Feel Something.” Since then, the Alt-Soul/R&B outfit has dropped three EPs, and a handful of singles, and performed throughout Texas. Most recently, Uncommon People were selected to be featured artists for Sofar Sounds’ Hispanic Heritage Month celebration.

On their new single “Vampire”, they team up with fellow Austin artist Metallic Forrest to deliver an irresistibly catchy and spooky-themed anthem just in time for Halloween. The record has a soulful and somber vibe and the premise of using Vampires as an analogy for people with parasitic personalities, listeners can easily relate to the topic at hand. Zeke leads the charge with his smooth melodic runs and descriptive songwriting.

The visual is as cinematic as they come and follows the tale of a lady and her friends as they try to find her missing companion who vanished mysteriously. The visual plays out like a movie and makes use of motifs and excellent story boarding.
